At Vastrago, our collections encompass both high-precision machine-embroidered creations and bespoke, heavy handwork masterworks. We uphold the highest production standards for both techniques:

• Handwork & Artisanal Collections: Many of our bridal and luxury lehengas feature intricate hand-embroidery (zardozi, cutdana, beads, and sequins). Because these pieces are individually handcrafted by artisans, subtle variations in motif placement, dye consistency, or minor initial shedding of loose sequins/beads during transit are natural characteristics of human artistry and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Machine-Crafted & Printed Collections: Our precision machine-embroidered and digitally printed garments offer exceptional symmetry, detailed threadwork, and consistent patterns. Minor loose threads or slight natural slubs (weave textures) inherent to rich fabrics like silk, organza, and georgette are standard outcomes of textile weaving.

• Color & Lighting Disclaimers: While our product photography is color-corrected to reflect the true garment, variations in studio lighting and individual mobile or monitor screens may cause the fabric shade to appear slightly different in person. This natural variance is not eligible for a return or refund.
