View your actual credit entries, amounts and dates directly in Vastrago Wallet. Credit accounts remain separate for each currency.

The secure wallet checks all available credit accounts. If no credit has been issued yet, it will explain that without inventing a balance or transaction.

After delivery, an eligible public photo or Reel wearing your Vastrago purchase and tagging Vastrago can earn 10% store credit for future shopping.

Submit your post to support@vastrago.com within 30 days of delivery. Posts must disclose the incentive. Claims are reviewed manually, once per paid, delivered, non-refunded order.

The reward is calculated on the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Store credit is for future purchases and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Receive your order, then share an eligible public photo or Reel wearing your purchase and tagging Vastrago.
Email your order number and public post link within 30 days of delivery.
Our team reviews the claim. Approved credit appears in your balance after it is issued.

Claims are reviewed manually. A submitted or pending claim is not available credit. For a claim update, contact the wallet team with your order number.

How do I use my credit?

Sign in to your Vastrago customer account. At checkout, select Apply store credit when eligible credit is available. Credit must match the checkout currency.

Where are my credit entries and dates?

Select Credit history to view your entries and dates directly in Vastrago Wallet. For a statement or questions about an entry, email support@vastrago.com. A statement is a record of credit activity, not a cash payout.

Why is my reward not in my balance yet?

Wear & Share rewards are manually reviewed after an eligible submission. Only issued credit appears in your balance. Use Ask for a claim update and include your order number.

Does my credit expire?

Check the details supplied when the credit was issued. If an expiry date applies or you need clarification, contact support. We do not estimate an expiry date from your balance.

Can I add cash, transfer or withdraw money?

Vastrago Wallet is store credit for Vastrago purchases, not a bank or payment wallet. Cash top-ups, person-to-person transfers and cash withdrawals are not available.
